Wellshire Neighborhood Information
Quiet, peaceful, curvy meandering streets are part of the appeal of Wellshire. Classic ranch homes, built in the 1950's and 1960's, provide an affordable home option in a lovely neighborhood. Some new construction is underway too.
The Wellshire Golf Course, one of Denver's finest public courses, takes up one fourth of the area.
