Arapahoe County, located in between Denver to the north, and Douglas County to the south, offers a wide price range in single family and executive types of homes. Communities include Centennial, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Cherry Hills Village, and South Aurora. Cherry Creek and Littleton School Districts offer some of the top-ranked schools in the State. Denver County offers the biggest selection of diversity in terms of home and neighborhood styles. The young and young at heart enjoy the vitality of city living in Ball Park, Golden Triangle and Riverfront Park which primarily offers condo, flats, brownstones and penthouses. Singles, couples and families enjoy the similarly urban experience offered in Curtis Park, Five Points, Capitol Hill, Congress Park, Chessman Park, Uptown and City Park. People who live in Douglas County typically commute to the Denver Tech Center or use the light-rail system to downtown Denver.
